We were a little hesitant when first approached by Executive Sellers Realty. I was previously an agent and had never heard of them, but we gave them a chance. It turned out to be the best experience we’ve ever had! They gave us a list price of $425,000, which was $15,000 more than the other realtors that we met with. Only 40 days after listing, they got us an offer of $417,000 , which was higher than the other agents’ suggested prices. We recently went back to our community and there were still other houses listed that were on the market two months before we listed. We are going to refer all of our friends to Executive Sellers!

I am cautious when it comes to new companies, but after reviewing Executive Sellers Realty’s marketing plan and refund policy, I knew it was a no risk situation. I really liked how they presented the written marketing plan so that I could see what I was paying for. While my house didn’t sell in the time frame we predicted, it only took an additional 30 days to get an offer. Much to my surprise, the agent delivered a check for when that predicted deadline was not met. I couldn’t believe they had followed through on their performance guarantee without me having to do anything! I feel sorry for the other companies. I will always use this real estate firm!
